Candle Care Instructions
To get the best from your candle and ensure a safe, even burn, please follow these guidelines:
Before Lighting
- Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use
- Ensure the candle is placed on a heat-resistant surface
- Keep away from drafts, children, and pets
During Use
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn (approximately 2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
After Use
- Extinguish the flame gently (a snuffer is recommended)
- Re-centre the wick while the wax is still soft if needed
- Allow the candle to fully cool before replacing the lid
General Safety
- Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains
- Do not move the candle while lit or when wax is liquid
- Keep away from flammable materials

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will offer a replacement after receipt of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or burned candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
How to Request a Return
- Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
