Adult Therapy
Adult Therapy in Glasgow
At Dr Craig Dunn & Associates Psychology Services, we provide evidence-based adult therapy in Glasgow, supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties. Our experienced team of psychologists and therapists offer tailored support, drawing on a range of established therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs.
We understand that seeking therapy can feel like a significant step. Our aim is to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, develop insight, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.
Evidence-Based Therapy Approaches
Our therapists are trained in a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, allowing us to offer a flexible and personalised approach. Depending on your needs and preferences, your therapist may integrate one or more of the following approaches:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - supporting you to understand and change patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
-
Schema Therapy – exploring long-standing emotional patterns and their origins, particularly in relation to early experiences
-
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) – an effective therapy for trauma and distressing life experiences
-
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – helping to build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
-
Person-Centred Therapy – offering a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore your experiences at your own pace
-
Dramatherapy – a creative and experiential approach using storytelling, imagery, and expression to support emotional processing
Our integrative approach ensures that therapy is not “one-size-fits-all,” but instead is adapted to you as an individual.
