About Bradley
I am a psychotherapist currently offering therapy in Glasgow and online across the UK. My therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic and person-centred values, whilst drawing upon integrative and existential perspectives. I believe that through a strong therapeutic relationship and a shared commitment to the therapeutic process, people can develop greater self-awareness, overcome emotional difficulties, and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic way of living.
I have a particular interest in exploring questions of identity, meaning, relationships, freedom, responsibility, and personal growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process where individuals can feel truly heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life's challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, or a sense of feeling stuck, I aim to provide a safe and compassionate space in which meaningful change can occur.
Before beginning my doctoral training, I worked within NHS mental health services for five years, supporting individuals experiencing crisis, trauma, emotional distress, and complex mental health difficulties. This experience allowed me to develop strong clinical, assessment, and risk-management skills while deepening my appreciation for the importance of empathy, authenticity, and the healing potential of human connection.
Alongside my NHS experience, I completed a COSCA Counselling Skills qualification and am currently in my second year of the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at Glasgow Caledonian University. I previously completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Glasgow.
My therapeutic style is warm, reflective, and collaborative. I strive to create an environment where clients feel accepted without judgement and able to explore thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be difficult to discuss elsewhere. I am also increasingly interested in somatic and body-based approaches to therapy, recognising that emotional experiences are often held not only in our thoughts and memories, but also within the body. As a result, I work from a holistic perspective that considers the interconnected relationship between mind, body, emotions, and personal experience.
Whilst I have particular experience supporting individuals affected by trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, emotional distress, and crisis presentations, I welcome clients presenting with a wide range of concerns. My aim is to offer a thoughtful, supportive, and professionally informed therapeutic space where you can gain deeper understanding, build resilience, and work towards the changes that matter most to you.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your therapeutic journey.
