Candle Care Instructions

To get the best from your candle and ensure a safe, even burn, please follow these guidelines:

Before Lighting

Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use

Ensure the candle is placed on a heat-resistant surface

Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

During Use

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn (approximately 2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling

Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

Never leave a burning candle unattended

After Use

Extinguish the flame gently (a snuffer is recommended)

Re-centre the wick while the wax is still soft if needed

Allow the candle to fully cool before replacing the lid

General Safety

Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains

Do not move the candle while lit or when wax is liquid

Keep away from flammable materials

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will offer a replacement after receipt of the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or burned candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
