About the event

Our LGBTQIA+ Wellbeing Circle is an 8-week online programme designed to provide a safe, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ people to connect, reflect and explore different aspects of mental health and wellbeing.

The group will be facilitated by Imogen Reiter, Creative Arts Psychotherapist at Dr Craig Dunn & Associates Psychology Services. Sessions will explore themes such as community and belonging, minority stress, anxiety and self-criticism, identity and self-acceptance, relationships and boundaries, shame and resilience, pride and strengths, and looking towards the future.

This is not a therapy group, and there is no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with or to have any previous experience of therapy. The focus is on creating a supportive space for connection, reflection, learning and developing wellbeing skills.

Dates are currently to be confirmed. Provisionally, the group is expected to run online on Tuesday evenings from 6–8pm, weekly for 8 weeks.
