About the event

Sanaá Al Froukh, Psychologist, invites Arabic-speaking adults to join a supportive 8-week trauma-informed psychoeducation group designed to help you understand and recover from the impact of trauma. Delivered entirely in Arabic, this programme offers a safe, culturally sensitive space for those who feel more comfortable exploring their experiences in their first language.
Across eight weekly online sessions, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how trauma affects the mind and body, while developing practical tools to regulate emotions, build self-compassion, and strengthen relationships. The group format fosters connection, safety, and shared understanding, helping you rebuild a sense of identity, confidence, and personal empowerment.
Each session introduces key concepts alongside gentle, structured exercises, with opportunities for reflection and integration. Whether you are at the beginning of your healing journey or looking to deepen your understanding, this programme provides a grounded and accessible path forward.
