EMDR Workshop Hosted By Counselling Psychologist Saskia Groh

Join us for an introductory online workshop exploring Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), hosted by Counselling Psychologist Saskia Groh.

This workshop will provide an accessible introduction to EMDR, including how it developed, the evidence behind it, and how it can support people experiencing trauma and other psychological difficulties. Saskia will also explore how trauma can affect memory processing, what clients can expect during EMDR therapy, common myths and misconceptions, and important considerations around who EMDR may be suitable for.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the approach in a relaxed and informative setting.
