About the event

Imogen Reiter, Child & Young Person’s Therapist, invites you to an introductory dramatherapy session designed to explore what words alone can’t always reach. This one-hour online experience offers a gentle, creative space to better understand emotions through imagination, movement, and expressive techniques.
You’ll be introduced to the foundations of dramatherapy and how it can support emotional regulation and self-expression. The session includes optional, guided creative exercises, alongside time for reflection and questions. There is no expectation to perform or share—this is a supportive, pressure-free environment where you can participate at your own pace, and no acting experience is needed.
Ideal for anyone curious about therapy, creativity, or new ways of understanding themselves, this session provides a welcoming and accessible starting point.
