We hope you love your purchase, however if something isn’t quite right:
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or wax melts
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
To ensure the best performance and longevity of your candle:
- Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on first burn (to prevent tunnelling)
- Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time
- Keep away from drafts, children, and pets
- Always place on a heat-resistant surface
- Never leave a burning candle unattended

- Use only in suitable wax burners
- Do not add water
- Do not move burner while in use
- Keep out of reach of children and pet
