Please note: Candle tins are offered in orange, yellow, or white, depending on availability.

  • Candle Care Instructions

    To get the best from your candle and ensure a safe, even burn, please follow these guidelines:

    Before Lighting

    • Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use
    • Ensure the candle is placed on a heat-resistant surface
    • Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

    During Use

    • Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn (approximately 2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling
    • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
    • Never leave a burning candle unattended

    After Use

    • Extinguish the flame gently (a snuffer is recommended)
    • Re-centre the wick while the wax is still soft if needed
    • Allow the candle to fully cool before replacing the lid

    General Safety

    • Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains
    • Do not move the candle while lit or when wax is liquid
    • Keep away from flammable materials
  • We hope you love your candle. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
    • Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    • If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • We will offer a replacement after receipt of the damaged item. 

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Used or burned candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

    How to Request a Return

    • Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return
    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
