About Hannah

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to view my profile.

I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment to anyone looking for therapy, and strongly believe the foundation for all therapy is an empathetic, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship within which to explore any difficulties you may be experiencing.

I can provide person-centred, cognitive-behavioural and schema-informed approaches to therapy, and have worked with a range of difficulties including; anxiety, relationship problems, depression and experiences of trauma.

I hold a master’s degree in Psychological Studies from the University of Glasgow, and a doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University.

I recognise that everyone's experiences are unique, and therefore I tailor my approach to meet your specific preferences and needs, welcoming diversity across all my work. If you are thinking about therapy, do reach out for an initial appointment for us to explore your circumstances and consider if I might be able to support you in your journey.

Meet  Hannah!

In the video below, Hannah explains Schema Therapy, one of the therapeutic approaches she uses, and how it can help us understand long-standing patterns in our thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Hannah's testimonials

"The service was first class, ultimately i have been able to make so much progress and reach the goal i aimed for so much faster and more smoothly than i could have anticipated. Hannah was so kind and supportive and really created an atmosphere to allow me to engage with the schema therapy and it has had a profound impact on the way i see myself and my self worth as a result. I know this kind of therapy is ultimately quite expensive, but the impact it has had and will continue to have for the rest of my life makes it feel like it is worth every penny"
