To ensure the best performance and longevity of your candle:

Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on first burn (to prevent tunnelling)

Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time

Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

Always place on a heat-resistant surface

Never leave a burning candle unattended

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or wax melts

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
