About Sinead
Hi and welcome to my profile! I’m Sinéad, an Assistant Psychologist and Marketing Assistant here at the practice.
I’m originally from Ireland and hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Stirling. I’m currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Health Psychology at the University of Strathclyde, with the hopes of one day pursuing a career in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

In my Assistant Psychologist role, I offer new-client intake appointments where we can talk through your concerns, goals, and previous experiences. My aim is to help you feel understood, supported, and confident about the next steps, including which therapist and therapeutic approach may be the best fit for you. I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I work closely with our team to make your transition as comfortable and reassuring as possible.

Alongside this, I support the practice’s marketing and communications, including website content, social media, and community outreach. I work with local organisations, schools, and universities to raise awareness of the support we offer and to make information about our services clear, accessible, and welcoming.

Bringing together my interests in psychology, communication, and community engagement allows me to support clients from the moment they discover our practice right through to beginning their therapeutic journey.
If you’d like to learn more or aren’t sure where to begin, please feel free to reach out.
I look forward to meeting you!
