Saskia Groh
Assistant Practice Manager and Psychologist
Welcome to my profile! I am dedicated to supporting my clients in navigating life's challenges and working towards greater fulfillment. I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients in various settings, including cancer support services, psychosomatic in-patient settings, and the National Health Service.
My therapy approaches are centred around Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I use mindfulness-based techniques and creative expression to strengthen how clients relate to their thoughts and feelings. My way of working is empathic, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I draw on evidence-based methods to provide a safe space in which you may explore your inner world.
In addition, I am an EMDR therapist in training. I am qualified to deliver EMDR therapy and currently completing the final stages of my full training.
I am originally from Germany and have earned two master's degrees in Health and Clinical Psychology from Stirling University and the University of Utrecht. Currently, I am in the final year of my doctoral training in Counselling Psychology.
Whether you are facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal development, I am here to support you on your path. I look forward to meeting you!
