This introductory workshop offers a gentle and accessible space to begin understanding trauma and how it may show up differently across cultures, backgrounds, and life experiences.

Many people are unsure where to start with therapy, or worry they may not be fully understood. This session is designed to help bridge that gap - offering a safe, respectful environment where you can learn, reflect, and experience the therapist’s approach without pressure.

Led by Psychologist Sana’a Al Froukh, this workshop places cultural understanding at the centre of trauma work, recognising that our identities, values, and lived experiences shape how we make sense of distress and healing.
